Shaker Heights Native Chef Visits Certified Angus Beef to Promote Food Featured on ‘Great Food Truck Race’

Hodgson, a Shaker Heights native, parks his truck and sells his food at places like East 9th Street, Public Square, Progressive Field, Cleveland Clinic and Case Western Reserve University.

“I like to use a lot of local stuff,” he said. “The recipes we have are a lot of what we see at the farmer’s markets.”
