The Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) today announced that it will host its fourth Mobile Food Vendor Fair at DBPR headquarters in Tallahassee May 10, 2013. The Florida Lottery will be a special guest at the Fair offering giveaways including scratch-off tickets and live entertainment will be provided by the local band Off Meridian.

The site was enhanced with a temporary gravel strip to ease access and reduce wear on the site. The City also installed electric service, which allows up to six trucks to connect to and operate off of without the use of generators. Picnic tables have been placed on site to allow for a casual, outdoor dining experience.

The opening drew plenty of hungry state workers and elected officials who were given the opportunity to try the first bite of foods from five different trucks.
