<p style="text-align: justify;">The workshop will be taught by <strong>Dr. Darrel Suderman</strong> and  other industry experts &#8211; such as <strong>Chuck Courter</strong>, the largest regional truck manufacturer, and <strong>Matt Geller</strong>, CEO SoCal. Other companies currently planned for attendance include a well-know creative design business team and prominent food truck wrap firm. Dr. Suderman is a  20-year veteran executive in Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) food product development, quality assurance, food safety, product sourcing, and food manufacturing. He also teaches New Product Development  at <strong>Johnson &amp; Wales Culinary University</strong> in Denver, CO, as an Adjunct Professor, and coaches the J&amp;W student competition team at the annual <strong>Research Chef Association </strong>competition.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In addition, he authored an article entitled <strong>&#8220;Public Safety Liability for Mobile Food Retailers and Quick Serve Restaurants&#8221;</strong> (2011) in the prestigious national <em><strong>Trial Lawyer Magazine</strong></em>. <strong>Food Technical Consulting</strong> (FTC) is a leading international consulting company that helps entrepreneurs develop and commercialize innovative new products on an international scope for food truck, retail, and restaurateurs.</p>

<h4 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>About Dr. Suderman</strong></h4>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Dr. Darrel Suderman, President, has held executive vice president and technical leadership positions in Fortune 100 and 500 companies within the QSR restaurant, retail packaged goods, software systems integration, and IT manufacturing and supply chain management consulting industries – including PepsiCo, Yum Brands, KFC, Church’s Chicken, Quiznos Subs, Hinz Enterprise Solutions, Real Enterprise Solutions, and Food &amp; Restaurant Solutions International LLC. He holds B.S./M.S. Agriculture Education and Ph.D. Food Science degrees from Kansas State University. He has been a Foodservice Advisory Board Member for Tyson Foods, Basic American Foods, and Surlean Foods.</p>
<p>Throughout his career, Dr. Suderman has championed food product, food service equipment, and information technology consulting innovation within the food and beverage industry that has resulted in record food sales and profit growth, multiple U.S. patents, a food processing book, peer-reviewed research papers, and numerous industry white papers and trade magazine publications. He developed, industry tested, and trademarked the innovative IT systems concept of “Real-Time Manufacturing Operations Performance Management™”. He has been a guest lecturer on Supply Chain Management at University of Denver’s Daniels Graduate Business School, and author of a graduate level course in “Manufacturing Systems”.</p>
