Food trucks swing through town each Tuesday thanks to a partnership with local bowling alley Forest Lanes.

Here’s the lineup for this week’s Tuesday evening visit to the Lake Forest bowling spot at 22771 Centre Drive from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m:

• Seabirds: organic vegan
• The Flip Truck: gourmet sliders
• Chef Joe Youkhan’s Tasting Spoon: rustic Italian
• Home Skillet Truck: modern American
• Oh For Sweets Sake: cupcakes, other baked goods

A variable number of trucks visit Lake Forest on Tuesdays each week at the same time. The bowling alley holds game specials directly after the food trucks wrap up dinner.
