Now, with the introduction of Hot’s Mobile, we are still able to prep and cook on-site at events offering fresh, tasty selections ‘cuz our kitchen now has wheels.

Hermosa Beach: Panel Moves Forward With Food Truck Talk

The Hermosa Beach Parks and Recreation Commission has agreed to continue the City Council’s discussion on food trucks by studying where in the community vendors can best serve residents and businesses.

The council will discuss whether existing regulations should be changed to better accommodate food trucks in the area. As they’re now written, for example, the city’s rules require a food truck “not to exceed 10 minutes at any one place.”
