Like the truck, the brick-and-mortar Short Leash will feature its menu of gourmet hot dogs augmented with customer-requested specials such as the Sunny Style Hot Dog made with grilled peaches and prosciutto, bratwurst sliders cooked in Four Peaks Kiltlifter, and sausage entrees.
