Klausie’s success has out-paced our capacity. Our current config – a small truck working out of rented kitchen space – is unable to meet the ever growing demands for our pizza! To meet demand, Klausie’s needs its own kitchen space (a restaurant) for prep and a mobile unit with greater cooking capacity. We’ve decided to shut down the current version of the Klausie’s Pizza’s food truck immediately. Now, we can focus on getting a restaurant in or near downtown Raleigh.
