Owners of Eagle Foods Inc., DBA La Raza Foods, Sam and Pete Avedisian, hired Rick Restifo as a consultant to improve the day-to-day and long term goals of the company. He owns Rick’s Fine Foods Inc. and Hot Taco Fiesta LLC. Rick has been in the mobile catering business for over 30 years and has helped major companies launch in to the gourmet truck business. In 1984, he was voted Entrepreneur of the Month by Entrepreneur Magazine. As the pioneer of the gourmet/specialty truck, Rick is an experienced, innovative and visionary person. Customer satisfaction is at the top of Rick’s priorities. It is his personal goal to make La Raza Foods a unique place of business that stands out from the competition.

La Raza Foods has attained the services of ServSafe, a specialist in food safety. Servsafe helps assure that all of La Raza food trucks get an “A” grade from the Health Department by performing thorough inspections of our trucks. The results of these inspections allow for us to recognize and correct any areas that may be subject to Health Department point deductions. The La Raza Foods lot also maintains a no trash policy. We have a maintenance crew constantly making sure that our lot is clean.

At La Raza Foods, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. To show our appreciation, we only charge our service charge 5 days a week!

Our daily service charge of $40 includes:

  • Electricity
  • Garbage disposal
  • Grease disposal
  • 24-hour security and surveillance team
  • For water & ice, we charge our valued customers $2.00 per day.

    We will also lower your service charge according to your weekly purchases at our on-site warehouse! Take a look at our chart of approximate service charge reductions:
